What's more fun than being told "thank you" by your favorite Disney Characters? When a Guest stays at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, the receive a custom video a few weeks after check-out with a special, personalized message.

The majority of Guests who stay on property will see a generic version of the video. It starts with the infamous Dapper Dans in Magic Kingdom Park who greet the viewers in song. Upon booking or check-in, if a Guest mentions that they are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or other event, it triggers a different version of the video with a few new vignettes to feel even more customized.

Results indicated that the Walt Disney World digital "thank you" video had one of the highest click-through rates of any digital communication. This meant that the number of quality impressions was high and resulted in an increase in traffic to the site where friends of the recipient could book their own vacation.
